The haircut itself was fine, but my experience as a walk-in customer wasn’t the most welcoming. It felt like the staff wasn’t very interested in taking walk-in customers, and the overall atmosphere wasn’t very friendly or inviting. Customer service is just as important as the haircut, and I think there’s room for improvement in that area. Hopefully, future customers will have a more welcoming experience.

Joel did an awesome job on my hair. I told him only cut a little. And he did but then I wanted it shorter and he did it no problem. I felt bad. It came out amazing tho.

I moved to the Lake Mary area 1.5 years ago and I’m glad that I found Top of the Line. I’m always a walk-in and never have to wait more than 10-15 minutes. I’ve used the services of several of their barbers and the results are always great! A clean, fresh cut every time. Highly recommended!
