this salon lost my business when they lost the best nail tech. cristina used to do my nails and she was amazing. she was gentle, thorough, and amazingly talented at the work she did. the other workers there seem lazy or like they don't want to be in at all. it's a real shame because now i have to find someone else that knows what they're doing and passionate about their work.

Went here to get my nails and a pedicure done. Had to take my daughter with me. Sat down with Sammy and I had to soak off my old acrylics before being able to do an SNS proflow dio powder # 11 (a peachy pink w/ slight sparkle) $35. Unfortunately, early on, she was drilling off the acrylics and looked over and drilled a bit off my skin off. She felt very bad the whole time even up to the time we checked out. She kept apologizing. She seemed genuinely sorry about it. Had she not, I probably wouldn't be giving this place another try. But mistakes happen, unfortunately. Otherwise my nails look good. Well.. i felt like this is a scam, false advertising. They promise that they are the best nail technicians but leave your nails looking the way they were when you walk in. Would not recommend!!
