Hollywood Houndz is truly exceptional. My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, is groomed here regularly, and every single time she comes home looking absolutely beautiful. Cavaliers can be sensitive, and it’s clear the team understands the breed, her coat is always perfectly done, never rushed, and she’s treated with such gentleness and care throughout the process.
My dog child also attends doggy daycare here during the day, and that peace of mind is priceless. She’s always happy, relaxed, and excited to go back, which tells me everything I need to know. I never worry about her safety or wellbeing while I’m at work, because I know she’s being looked after by people who genuinely care.
The staff are attentive, kind, and clearly love what they do. Hollywood Houndz isn’t just a grooming and daycare facility, it’s a place where dogs are treated like family. I couldn’t recommend Hollywood Houndz Boutique Spa & Resort more highly. I am so grateful to have found them.

We just left and could not be happier. Our little puppy looks adorable and is much happier than her prior visit to a different groomer (chain). We came here because of the reviews, specifically how well they took care of those pups with separation anxiety. She was all smiles when we went to get her~ so separation anxiety was not a factor. Patti was so patient and understanding with her recommendations and how to help our pup overcome her prior bad experience. I highly recommend this place!

They do ok. The spa has a strong unpleasant smell when you enter. I have had them not clean my dog’s anal area well once before but I brought her back and they cleaned her again. They do try and remember what services you like so that’s a plus. Also they always have availability which is also nice

Had non-sedation teeth cleaning perform for my Belgium Malinois and was very pleased with the results and she didn’t seem stressed with the procedure. Will have this performed again.

I have taken my puppy here a couple times for a bath and nail trim. They do an excellent job. She always comes out smelling nice and that lasts for a while. Longer than I expected! She’s not a big fan of getting her nails done but they have been successful on getting them trimmed. I drive 30 minutes or so to use their services and will continue to do so! I love that they get a bandana and flower on the collar when they are finished. It’s so cute!!

I had the Worse experience at this location today, the cat food was expired.!!!! SHE WAS EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT AND RUDE! Boy I miss the old Onwer!
