Michael explained the whole process to me, arrived at the agreed time and was very friendly. I recommend this company, I had a flea infestation in my carpet and in the first application I noticed that they were decreasing, today Michael came back for the second application and we no longer saw fleas here, he used a friendly product for pets and kids! Thanks again ????????
