Nice and Friendly Treated Me Like I Was Family 👍🏾

Avoid this office at all costs. I was under their care for 7 months and was never truly helped. I only saw the actual doctor once—the rest of the time I was passed off to rude, untrained staff who posed as professionals but lacked any real medical knowledge. Commonly smelling of marijuana, as if they all sit around smoke weed and while working They openly laughed about disabled patients, people who were fed up with their rudeness and shared private medical details in public areas as an attempt to shame them.

They advertise $200 visits but then tack on extra charges based on what medications they think you “qualify” for—essentially running a sliding pay scale based on your prescription.

You won’t get real care here—just billing games, disrespect, plenty of excuses about reducing your medication and risk to your privacy and health.
FLAGRANT HIPPA VIOLATIONS!

I've been coming here for almost 8 months. I've never had an issue with anyone at that office. The usual nurse practitioner is awesome, warm, friendly, answers questions.
Until today.
Nurse practioner Tricia was incredibly unprofessional, looked at my left arm, which i have never sought pain medication for, would not even look at my ankles when I told her it was my ankles not arm, the only reason I have ever gone to this office. She spent less than 2 minutes in that room, was unprofessional, & when I remembered a question about an upcoming medical procedure, she would not come back into the room & shut the door so I could speak with her privately, my HIPPA right.
And I paid $200 for less than 2 minutes to be treated without care or concern for my pain. Absolutely disgusting for a health care professional. You have a lot to learn, Tricia.
I requested my medical records & was told I had to pay.
My review has had almost 3000 reviews. Hope you're happy, Tricia. And I hope the clinic you work for is being investigated for being a pill mill. Your actions were evidence. Well done, girl.

This office is genuine concern and supportive, the office staff mean a lot to me The office manager jody is great. along with the two office staff up front Brittney and Ashley. I saw the nurse Melissa today ans she amazing. I CANT THINK THEM ENOUGH FOR KEEPING ME IN GOOD HEALTH

Jade, Jody and Jasmine is pleasant , welcoming and very helpful. The providers are very professional, knowledgeable and caring . It’s not just about the money , they actually do care for their patients well-being
