It was refreshing to experience a friendly session with a highly competent Optical Technician, whose mission is to provide superior Customer Service & Satisfaction. Without hesitation, Kyle agreed to replace my prescription progressive lenses; removing the transition tinting, which my eyes could not get used to, even though it was beyond the warranty period. For example, I could not follow a golf ball, which probably only happens to less than 1%, based upon light sensitivity.Thank you Kyle! You solidified my commitment to EyeGlass World, knowing that you truly understand the meaning of the Golden Rule. I will recommend you to my friend(s), if I can find one or two.

Sandy and mark are the two best people there and they bend over backwards to help people. I had my order messed up and I came in and both of them helped me out. Again amazing people and will come back in 6months to get more contacts.
