Fast talker. Comes off as very knowledgeable, however she over promises and under delivers! Was hired to do a cleaning, and workers “accidentally” misplaced a lot of items. Found out later they were thrown in trash. The cleaning was subpar at best. Suzie promised to use her business insurance to pay us back. Weeks, months went by and eventually she stopped responding to calls, text, and never followed through with repayment. I wouldn’t recommend this company even if they offered their services for free. Stay away. Check out their google reviews and you’ll see this is a consistent problem & not just a one off situation.
