I’m grateful for all the assistance and support everyone gave us during the whole process, I couldn’t really focus on anything but the funeral director/coordinator was amazing, she made sure everything was perfect and handle all in such a professional manner. My mother had the most beautiful; very peaceful ; service. They allowed us to truly say our last goodbye as she deserved. Truly grateful .
My Uncle, Jack Murphy passed away on 12th November at the age of 93. I travelled from the UK to help with arrangements and had a couple of meetings with Michael at the funeral home. Michael was very helpful before I travelled and even more so on my visits to the cemetery. Michael was very patient and understanding. I had lots of questions and he was able answer most immediately, and others later. The whole experience was positive, Michael dealt sensitively with a difficult experience.
Idannys Bauzo helped my family and I organize and prepare so that we could lay my Grandmother to rest. Idannys stayed in contact and went above and beyond so that we could have everything set and ready for the hardest day of our lives.
