I attempted to have my taxes filed with GC Tax in Kissimmee. Unfortunately, my experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. After requesting tax advice that cost $1,000, I received conflicting information from the staff. One person claimed my taxes were submitted, while another informed me that they were incomplete due to a missing form from my insurance, which should have been caught during the filing process. As a result, my taxes were rejected, and I ended up seeking assistance elsewhere.
Despite the issues I encountered, the staff was courteous and friendly. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from going there; I simply recommend ensuring that all paperwork is accurate before you leave to avoid delays. Overall, the people were pleasant, and Ivan, who assisted me, was particularly great.

I requested an extension to pay my taxes with this agency GC Tax. I have to make the payment by 10/15/2024. I have been calling GC Tax for a few days to make the payment and I have not been able to speak to anyone. Today 10/15/2024 I am here at the door, it is closed and no one answers my call. I am disappointed because this is the second year that I have done my taxes with them and now I am having this disappointment.
