they do not cut cuticles as per florida guidelines. very meticulous and ask for approval in every step of the manicure. every person who works there has a nail school license. great at nail art and also simple nail colors.
I've been to Bella Nails twice now and had pleasant experiences both times -- the staff is nice and professional and they do good work! I will say, though, that they're on the pricey side. I'll probably look for another nail salon for next time, in hopes of saving a few bucks.
I had a wonderful experience at Bella nails! The staff was very friendly and both my gel manicure and pedicure came out fantastic. They have a ton of gel polishes to choose from as well. I'll definitely be back!
