Dr. Azzi and his staff are wonderful. One of the practices I like best about Dr. Azzi is that he evaluates what is and what isn't needed on an individual basis, rather than trying to sell as many procedures as possible to the patient. That tells me that he and his staff care more about the outcome than just about how many procedures and products they can sell. He is a true professional.

Best decision I’ve ever made was to be in the hands of Dr Azzi for my deep plane mini neck lift. I researched many places for a good five years and finally got it done . Dr. Azzi and his staff were really great. The deep plane facelift surgery was performed without general anesthesia, so recovery was easier. I was initially happy with the results but a couple of weeks post surgery I began noticing the left side of my face obviously appeared to have been tightened less than the right side. Since that side of my face had historically been more of a problem than the right...I had made a point of pointing out my concerns prior to the surgery. When I returned to the office to have stitches removed, his assistant actually told me more work was done on the right side than the left...which I never understood. During each post-op visit I asked Dr. Azzi about a possible revision to address my left side concerns and each time he said nothing could be done...that it was the shape of my face. I agree the left side may be different than the right, but that doesn't address the obvious difference in tautness between the sides. 3 months after the facelift I had to have MOHS surgery to remove basal cell spot near the left side of my nose. Dr. Azzi performed the repair after the dermatologist MOHS. Though the basal cell spot was a pea-sized spot at top of nasal labial fold near my nose, apparently the incision is taken all the way down the entire nasal labial fold. 3 months after the repair, I returned to Dr. Azzi because the bottom of the incision had a big lump. He said it was the suture and he injected steroid into the area. Shortly after...10 days, the area looked significantly worse and I am mortified by the way it looks. It appears the steroid collapsed the underlying tissue that remained and it feels and looks like a big hole in that area....and is very lumpy. I have tried contacting the office and have sent photos of the area showing how bad it looks, but haven't received a response. I am so distraught about how bad it looks and don't know what to do.
