Came here three times every single time I went to checkout price was 100 percent higher than listed on the menu ,when I confronted Laney at reception,she became abusive and combative via text message ,and banned me from the salon ,days later I received a barrage of abusive text messages from the owner Kelly threatening to get my account banned from Google and yelp ,this salon uses bait and switch in all the services they offer !

Cute salon, awesome vibe, and great location! Veronica is a talented colorist. She took her time to go over exactly what I wanted done to my hair. She made me feel welcome at the first consultation. I felt totally confident with my hair in her hands. I love the way the red came out, which can be tricky on really dark hair like mine. I will definitely be going back!

I started going gray, so I decided to go blonde — and I’m so glad I trusted Amanda with the process! ✨
She guided me every step of the way, explaining everything clearly so I always felt comfortable and informed. She’s honest about what you should and shouldn’t do with color, which I really appreciated.
My hair was dry and damaged before, and she not only transformed the color beautifully, but also recommended a Brazilian treatment with Sabrina to help make it healthier and stronger.
Sabrina was amazing too — very gentle, professional, and you can tell she really cares about your hair. She made my hair feel soft, smooth, and so much healthier!
Both Amanda and Sabrina are very knowledgeable, professional, and truly care about their clients. I absolutely love my hair and highly recommend them! 💛

I almost never leave reviews, but I feel like other women should be aware — this place does not know what they’re doing when it comes to extensions.
I went in for a simple blowout with a brand new weft, and they completely ruined it by pulling the string out. What’s worse is that nothing was said to me at the appointment — I only discovered the damage about an hour later.
I normally have my Bellami Hair extensions done in NYC, where I’m from, and was only visiting, so I couldn’t just go back to my regular stylist to fix it. I ended up finding a reputable salon locally to repair them, and they told me that 9 out of 10 extension repairs they see come from this place.
I called the next morning, calmly explained the situation, and simply asked if they could fix it — accidents happen. Instead, they told me they would charge me (an unreasonable amount) and were incredibly rude, to the point of basically hanging up on me.
I genuinely hate having to write this, but if you have extensions, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.
***TO RESPOND: I did not schedule an appointment — I called with every intention of doing so, but the way that call was handled made it clear I wouldn’t be stepping foot in your salon. The person who answered was incredibly rude, which is exactly why I wrote this review.
Also, my extensions are three weeks old — and your own stylist was actively commenting on how good they looked and how well they had been installed by my stylist in NYC, specifically noting how tight and clean the work was.
Charging a client to correct your own mistake is already unreasonable — and to be clear, whoever I spoke to explicitly told me I would have to pay for a full reinstall.
So no — the explanation you’ve provided doesn’t apply here.
What’s most concerning is not just the damage, but the complete lack of accountability paired with the attitude I experienced when I reached out to resolve it. Charging me to fix something your salon caused — after that interaction — is honestly absurd.
I hope others don’t have to deal with this, but based on what I’ve since heard, this doesn’t seem to be an isolated issue.
