Ricardo got my wife's laptop up and running in less than an hour.He made the repair painless by coming to our condo. And his charge was very fair. Too bad I cannot give more stars.
I found Ricardo because he was close to my condo...It was a very fortuitous discovery. He worked on solving an issue with replacing a battery cable in my laptop which took a bit of trial and error to resolve. He stayed with it and I was very pleased with his service and follow thru.
Had a power surge due to lightning, which threw out my internet. Called Ricardo from J-Town and he was able to come over on short notice. He was super helpful and got me back up and running in no time. Highly recommend!
