If I could write and give 0 stars I would give it The worst company I have ever worked for, they exploit their employees and in the end they do not pay what was agreed upon, very sad, there are many people looking for work but this is abuse. There is no evil that does not come for good

Fantastic customer service using state of the art, environmentally conscious, cleaning supplies and techniques. They are now doing water restoration and mold remediation too!

I am a property manager and have worked with CCMS for many years. The owner is great to do business with. She listens to the clients needs and customizes the maintenance and janitorial services to fit those needs. The staff in the office are organized, pleasant and patient with the requests that my communities will put on them. All the staff in the field are hard workers and courteous. This is a great team to work with and provide quality services with their contracts. I highly recommend CCMS for your commercial needs.

CCMS did an absolutely amazing job on the floors at my rental property that I was preparing to sell. They brought my wood, Jerusalem stone, and terrazzo floors back to life! One day after listing the house for sale, we had multiple offers. A most noted comment was how beautiful the flooring was!
