Great gym. It has everything I need. I mix a bit of powerlifting and bodybuilding and it is good that they have quality squat racks, bench presses and barbells unlike most gyms in the area.Dumbbells go up to 120lbs if I'm not wrong, which is good if you're a serious lifter.One thing I'd add is a plate loaded leg press or a hack squat.Five stars.
The owner Ferdinand is so very helpful. He will take the time to show you the machines and proper form. He has been in the fitness industry for a long time. You won't find anyone more knowledgeable!!!!!
This gym is just what my doctor ordered! lol I appreciate the size. It's smaller but has a big gym feel with all its amenities-- towels, laundry service, massage, personal trainers, and classes to fit your schedule. My trainer Shannon is top notch! He thrives on my pain! lol I'm grateful for the clean atmosphere and great location!
