The staff is exceptional. Carmen went above and beyond to get me taken care of and in time for my insurance change. Staff and assistant even took extra care and time to be thorough and get all things done in a last minute pinch. I’m indebted to Southside Dermatology and will continue to be a patient for other skin needs in future. What a gem!!

They're #1... I looked at the reviews for other dermatology businesses, many had some really bad reviews. I knew this place would be good. From the moment I walked in the place looked high class and the people were high class. I self pay and the prices seemed fair. They really go above and beyond compared to other places that treat you like a cash cow.

I came in for a consultation to discuss filler for my hollow undereyes. Dr. Pentel was very transparent about the process and risks involved. We also used the time to discuss my acne troubles and possible treatments. I’ve scheduled my filler appointment and can’t wait to see the results! The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable!UPDATE: I came in for my undereye filler and I’m already super happy with the results, even though I was told it would take about two weeks to see the final results. Everyone was super professional and helped me calm my nerves.
