Great when it came to sales and initial install, poor service when it came to resolution of an improper install of a small part of the flooring. As soon as we advised there was an issue, we did not receive response to emails, phone calls, or texts over several weeks. We had to call the flooring manufacturer to order additional flooring as the flooring we bought through Gary is not available to the public but only through a distributor. Additionally had to hire another contractor to fix their poor install. We had an engineer report explaining the flooring in our foyer was installed improperly and even with this given to Gary, there was zero customer service resolution...read full review
