We had a sewage back up in our line in our brand new Pulte Home. We called Pulte emergency number as the master Bath and adjacent Carpet wasFlooded. The Pulte call center could never get the on call person to answer. I called Presto as they installed out plumbing. They sent someone out right away, found the problem and cleaned up . Albert and Malcus from Presto get kudos for coming out right away on Fathers Day to fix this. 2 hours later the Pulte "emergency contact finally called us. We told him too late! We complained to Pulte. The answer we got it was Fathers Day. I'm sorry but when you are on call for "emergency calls" for something like this 2 hrs is unacceptable...read full review

Our plumbing has been giving us problems since we started rented the residence. They would send someone and say oh it is fixed. I have NEVER lived somewhere where when you use the washing machine the sink starts to bubble water and smell like rotten eggs. Our children's toilet would flush slow as molasses and then sometimes overflow. After multiple it is fixed BUT not really, came home and my husband used the master bathroom and flushed and our kids toilet and tub flooded (you read that right) and our shower, tub and toilet did the same thing of sewage.
