Dr nick is the best, i went to see him after a car accident and he was very professional, addressed all of my concerns and needs, was very polite and just over all awesome. The office was very clean and nice and made me feel very comfortable. His assistant Elaina is amazing as well. Best chiro in jax For sure!!!!!!

My son is a 13 y/o baseball player and he often struggled with small injuries and technique. After working with Dr. Nick, we not only see less injury and the difference in the recovery time we see the difference in his performance. I would recommend Premier Chiropractic, hands down the elite chiro experience for us!

First, Going to premier chiropractic was one of the best decisions I have made this year. I came in for maintenance of a chronic back pain issue that I have dealt with for around 8 years. Dr. Nick sat me down and had a real discussion regarding my pain and that it could be fixed for good. I signed up for one of his treatment plans and he was able to help me identify my mobility/stability issues that caused my pain and after 2.5 months my back pain of 8 years is gone.Second, during my treatment I had an unexpected accident playing soccer and ultimately had torn my ACL.
