Wanted to publicly appreciate Boss Lady Services as she was able to give a verbal consultation regarding a credit related matter. I had an ideal of what to do however, having someone in the field re-assure you and share some helpful tips was GREATLY appreciated. Thank you for taking the time and your professionalism.
I have been calling daily about my ammended taxes and no one answers the phone. The office all of sudden closed and I can't get my refund. I will NEVER recommend anyone or go back myself
