Robert Martin took a 50% deposit to install tile in our bathroom. He came for two visits both were unprofessional and not on time. He continually lied about coming to finish and then installed an entire wall of glass tile that has to be demoed and redone by another tile group. Do not hire this person. The floor tile grout spacing is not consistent whatsoever. He will not return your calls, nor is he competent to run a tile business or any of that matter. Do yourself a favor and lose his contact information, I wish my wife and I had. Deserves 0 stars.

Unprofessional, dishonest, and not very skilled. I am now at a loss of nearly $1,000 in labor and material due to Robert Martin's incompetence and inability to complete my project. Not only were there hollow floor tiles, but since he did not know how to install the tile pattern correctly, all of the tile needs to be torn out reinstalled. In addition, I have also experienced missing and wasted material that I paid for. He did not show up to complete the project, nor will he respond to my calls, emails, or texts. Very UNHAPPY! DO NOT HIRE!
