I love this space so much. As soon as you walk in you feel the energy and instantly feel at home. Everyone is welcoming and treats you as family! I have been apart of the Vive Yoga community for 2 years now and even though its about a 30 minute drive, it is worth every moment! Taking one class will have you addicted for life!!!

I attended a yoga class here and honestly think it is the best in the area. The instructor Alejandra, who I believe is also the owner, guides you through mindfulness throughout the class and really helps center you as you move through the movements. She is very attentive and is right there if you need her! Attend one of her classes! You won't regret it!

Dr. Roberts is AMAZING! He has truly changed my life. As someone who has been on their mental health journey for a long time, Dr. Roberts and his medicine are a breath of fresh air. I was brought to him because of a referral, another successful patient of his. I just referred my friend to him who had just has great of an experience as I did. Just book the appointment.
