WONDER, HEAVENLY SENT. I cannot begin to explain how wonderful the whole staff team was with me and my boyfriend. He was in such horrible pains with an infected; impacted wisdom tooth and every other dentist was booked for months, pain killers weren't working anymore, not even lidocaine. We drove 40mins across town for an emergency 8-9am walk in and after paperwork he was in by 9:30 and out by 10:15. The prices are amazing and the procedure went perfectly. He feels so relieved and I can finally sleep at night without being worried about him. Thank you guys all so much. We'll certainly keep you guys in mind for recommendations and future visits. Came into Dr. Aro's office around the end of October for a second opinion (after having a dentist who kept turning me away due to my medical issues and suggested i have all my teeth pulled and be given dentures), the staff here is great they got me set up and in quickly. I had to have extensive work done that included a crown and two bridges and they worked with me for payment and how best to utilize my dental benefits, so while it was still costly I was able to plan all the expenses well in advance and the plan of treatment took 4 months from healing to fitting and i was able to reach out at anytime if i felt pain or any discomfort. Everyone who works here is wonderful. Polite, professional, and friendly. And most importantly, kind. After very bad experiences at other dentists in town where people were not kind at all, I was terrified to go at all so being able to just get up and go on a morning I finally worked up the nerve to go do it was really great. I'm very pleased with the results and even more pleased with how nice everyone was.
