They were professional & completed the roof timely. However I later developed a leek, called numerous time, went by the office and left a note but never a response back. I eventually had a friend call stating she wanted a new roof & got an immediate call back. Once I told them the issue, they said some would return my call to schedule an appointment any nothing.. after several months I had another company fix that leak & a few others I have had.. H&K roofing completed my roof several years ago and I have had several areas that have been leaking. I contacted them numerous times without a call back. After several months I finally received a call back and James scheduled an appointment with me and never showed up. I continued to call and even went to the establishment without a response back. I would not recommend them for such an important job, I have contacted the BBB about this issue. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO YOUR ROOF, unless you want ongoing issues
