The company came highly recommended for providing high quality service and most of all trust worthy and honest advice. I witnessed the same thing first hand. Very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and most of all someone who I know I can trust to give me honest advice that is in my best interest.
I've used Tyson at Good Appliance LLC on a couple different occasions. He's a clear communicator, direct and to the point, and he's honest. Tyson is definitely my go to guy for any appliance issues that arise.
Our dishwasher stopped draining one night recently, and I fortunately found Good Appliance’s information and Tyson was able to come and inspect the issue. In no time flat, he’d diagnosed the issue and had the part ordered. As soon as it arrived, he was at our home making the repairs. Two days later and our dishwasher is right as rain. Definitely grateful for Tyson’s speedy service, depth of knowledge, and quality of support. Will be keeping his contact information on hand for any future appliance woes.
