Very poor poor Customer service. I was sold a truck with a patchup motor according to another mechanic. The first 3 mos i drove it it never worked properly. Mr. Guy the owner and his staff was so rude to us. Mr. Guy tried to get to purchase another motor without fulfilling the car warranty on the first motor. They always advertise that they have warranties (not so) This whole business is a lie. Don't do business with this company or you will regret it.

Got a 2001 Nissan Frontier from them in January. I have less than perfect credit and was able to get something I wanted for $1,000 down. My trucks final price when said and done is a tad higher than market but it’s to be expected with having bad credit. They have always been understanding when I have been a little behind on payments. Only issue I ran into, was the trucks AC was not working after getting it. Overall it was a good buying experience and they have been good to deal with.

They are the worst car dealership I ever dealt with after they buy cars from the auction they fix them up good enough to drive off the lot then after that the customers on their own I Bought a impala road a whole year with a oil leak and they didn't want to fix it so they trade it in and got a Toyota Camry the rack and pinion is messed up they don't want to fix it and the alternator went out and I ain't had it a month smh I would never a day in a life time refer anyone there I waisted a lot of money and time there for cars that ain't even worth it and the management there are some rude none caring individuals and Marvin Guy the president of this company is very unprofessional...read full review
