We were shopping for a mortgage locally and online. We found this website and they said they said they would be 1 percent lower. When we closed it was 1.25 lower than other lenders.It was a smooth transaction!! Great customer service! Will definitely tell . My family and friends about this.

When I needed to get a mortgage and then I saw how I could get 1% lower rate than any bank, tried it and I got 1.25 % lower rate than other lenders loan offers. Thank you Jim Hammond and Equifund mortgage.

First of all Jim instantly earned my trust after reviewing our situation within 1 day ensuring us that we can get our refi done after 2 previous lenders couldn't. Our situation required extreme detail by crossing every T and dotting every I. Jim is a man of his word and a man of integrity.
