Charlie is a gem!
I let him know we had ant hills on the front lawn and he put insecticide in the tank and sprayed the whole lawn for ants.
He also advised me that if their is still a problem in a week or two, they would come back and retreat it.
This is why we've been loyal customers for years!!!
Chance was an excellent technician. He was polite and professional. He was very quick with the services and left everything as he found it. Overall a great experience with Chance and Busy Bee.
Ask Chance to please knock and wait to see if anyone comes to the door before he starts brushing the ceiling space above the door. Today, after he knocked, I came to the door and he was already brushing the ceiling space above me. So I quickly closed the door to avoid the falling debris/dead insects. I would have preferred to say hello and ask how is doing - sorry for that!
