I was originally hesitant to post a review, but I think it may be helpful. I had a scheduled appointment this past Saturday and arrived on time. After checking in with the receptionist, I took a seat while I waited to be called. After about five minutes had passed the front desk rep informed me that my waxer was running over and apologized for the delay. She also assured me that it shouldn’t be too much longer. Needless to say about 15 minutes past and she then asked would I like to be seen by a different waxer because my scheduled appointment would be delayed and it is going to cause a delay on the next client (because the next client was due to arrive within the next five minutes), which was not my problem. A fter waiting a few more minutes, I thought about it and decided to ask if I was to be seen by another waxer is there some sort of add on or compensation for my inconvenience/ delay? Simply for the inconvenience and totally disregarding my scheduled appointment time. She then told me, no the company does not offer any compensation or discounts for the inconvenience. The only way I could receive a discount was by doing a Google review and the only discounted amount is 5%. I opted to be seen by another waxer because I didn’t want a rushed service, and I was a tad bit annoyed with my then 25minute delay…
I was hesitant at first to complete a review because the waxer that was later assigned to me Ariana was amazing and had awesome customer service. Not only was she empathetic about my time and experience after I told her what had happened, but she was also apologetic and very nice. Now I am grateful that I was able to be seen by Ariana, and I do rate her a 20/10, however I think it is very unprofessional to have a client be delayed for more than 23 minutes and not offer a courtesy for the inconvenience. I did tip for my service, and because it was not her fault, however the policy really needs to be reviewed and revamped. Had I been over 25mins late, my appointment would’ve been canceled. With that being said, if a customer is inconvenienced why not offer a complimentary eye brow wash (or small service) or 10% just to say we acknowledge you, we apologize for the inconvenience, we hope to see you back etc. Even if nothing else is offered, a follow up call or email is a simple gesture to say we value your service. I hope this is reviewed, and to taken into consideration. I don’t want to sound rude, just wanted to inform others to be sure you have a ton of free time, if you do choose to visit this location.

I’m on vacation and found this location on google. The receptionist was really nice. Latrell did my wax and is very friendly, knowledgeable about her craft and extremely thorough! I appreciate her taking her time and paying attention to small details. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.
