I went to my first class for the all levels aerial silks class the other day after not having done silks in 6 years and moving to jacksonville. While I realized I have a long way to go to get back to where I used to be with silks, the instructor and even the other classmates were very welcoming and they helped me get the confidence to keep going back to silks! They were very open, honest, challenging (in a good way) and understanding and I felt like the overall feel of the class was very welcoming and comfortable. Took the class with my friend and it was my first time doing pole and I loved our instructor Daniela! She was very knowledgeable, kind and made me feel comfortable with my ability/ not pushing me too far as well. Will definitely take it again!

I came in for a pole class a few weeks ago, and my instructor was Jayden. My experience at this establishment was seriously so amazing! I used to pole dance a few years back, but moving cities made it difficult for me to stay consistent. The environment of the studio was fun and welcoming. Jayden was easily one of the best instructors I have ever had! She was extremely informative, had a great personality and attitude, and made me feel super comfortable while also pushing me to try my hardest! Thanks to Jayden and the studio, I have been able to fall in love with pole dancing again. I already have my next classes set up!

Co-ed aerial arts fitness studio in Jacksonville that serves clients of all ages and sizes. We offer a wide range of fitness options in strength training, cardio, dance and specialized instruction in aerial arts. Our aerial arts programs consist of pole fitness, aerial silks, aerial hammock/yoga, lyra/hoop, trapeze, acrobatics, dance, hand balancing and bungee fitness. We host many specialized workshops each year with professionals in the industry and also host a summer camp each year for our young aerialist. Bittersweet is also home to the only aerial arts performance and entertainment group in Jacksonville, BSweet Entertainment.
