Not for short term rentals. Great building. Best management. Nice view. Condo building is not meant for short term rentals. Management is not there to take care of short term renters.

One of the best maintained buildings at the beach. Association on site representative Reggie Davis makes sure this building is always in tip top shape. This is a well run and well built building.

This place is terrific! I have visited dozens upon dozens of condo's/rentals along the northeast coast of Florida over the past 10 years and have yet to find a rental community as well maintained as this one. The agents for the rental friendly and accommodating ready for me when I arrived and the building manager Reggie Davis was one of the most helpful and friendly people I have ever met! Reggie personally showed me where to park as soon as I arrived and gave me a cart to unload and carry up my items to avoid several trips back and forth. I ran into Reggie later that night he was scouring the parking lot with a flashlight helping a couple that were their on vacation...read full review
