I’ve been working with Betsy over the past month. After trying to eat clean and doing tons of health research online, I ended up quite confused and frustrated! Betsy was able to cut through all the noise and clutter and explain things very simply and effectively. She developed a great roadmap for me which not only focuses on meals and menu planning but also holistic health with journaling, meditation and different exercise alternatives. I’ve not only started to drop some weight, but I feel and sleep so much better!! I highly recommend her!
I can't say enough about how much I learned from one visit with Betsy. In 30 minutes Betsy was able to tell me where I was mistreating my body and the corrections that I needed to make to heal my metabolism. After only 6 days of implementing the changes that Betsy suggested I am down 2 pounds, inflammation in my body has decreased drastically, my cravings are literally non existent and I feel more like myself than I have in years. I no longer experience that afternoon crash, and I am no longer battling brain fog. Betsy was truly a Godsend for me and I am looking forward working with her on my journey.
I can’t recommend betsy Markle and her Sunshine Wellness nutrition program enough, I’ve lived with ulcerative colitis, which is a digestive disease for over 20 years and I’ve done all the modern medicine over-the-counter medicine treatments but being on her program and following her expert advice was the only thing that’s ever made me feel normal. I can’t recommend Betsy enough. She has literally changed my life and I’m so thankful. I’m able to leave the house and not think about my disease.
