Premier Community HealthCare, Hudson Family Health Center is a non-profit organization that offers quality, affordable, and accessible healthcare services to residents of Pasco and Hernando Counties. The care team, composed of licensed and certified healthcare professionals and support staff, strives to improve the lives of the community. The Hudson location provides various services, including behavioral health, dental services, family medicine, pediatrics, podiatry, women’s health and OB/GYN, and special programs. A patient had a positive first experience, praising the front desk, nurse, and doctor for their understanding, niceness, and helpfulness. However, another patient was initially impressed until their doctor changed, and the new doctor allegedly assumed the patient was there for a referral, neglecting to introduce herself and refusing to see the patient. On a more positive note, another patient has been completely satisfied with the healthcare services received, commending the user-friendly website and the staff's friendliness. The patient also highlights the center's commitment to serving those without insurance or income, which led them to fill out an application to support the local heroes.
Okay at first it was extremely confusing and the information was beyond what was needed for the first time. But once I got into the office for my first appointment I was definitely impressed.
Too bad I tend to shut my brain down when I go anywhere near medical for myself. Literally so I don't start making decisions because if my decisions were worth a crap I wouldn't be at a medical facility.
They can pretty much do everything on site there. Except labs they don't have lab. But I didn't need a separate gynecologist. They were nice they dealt with my personality from giving up control in the most polite way ever.

I have been a patient at Premier Community Health Care about 15 years...The Doctors and staff are absolutely amazing!!! I was recently at a appt in Springhill and from the moment I walked in I was greeted by Dawn in customer service. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I bring my mother here as well and she is always so professional, so patient and the nicest person you'd ever want to meet! Love her! Also a Big shout out to my favorite Dr ever Erin Jones! I just want to say I love premier community health Center on Rowan road in New Port Richey. My healthcare professional Kimberly bluff is the best. She's easy to talk to she's a great listener she always takes a day consideration my thoughts and feelings and things I think I need to treat my conditions. I also love that she allows me to make the choice that's best for me on my own.
