This facility is now called Clinical Care and provides the same good service as when they were Florida family primary care. The overall clinic is clean and staffing are very polite and eager to help.

This place is very unprofessional I called to get my 7th graders vaccinated now mind you they've had this doctor for the last 3 years I called yesterday and they tell me that they don't have patience in that name in their system. So I asked well my children's records of their whole lives were sent to that office 3 years ago and they have been seen by a doctor in that office multiple times how are my children not patients in your system where are my children's records of their whole lives. I am in the process of switching doctors for my 3 children and the new doctors office has requested their records on 3 different occasions. They still have not sent records or returned calls.Loved the office and Staff 3-4 yrs ago when we first started going there now I rather take my children and myself to a walk-in clinic.
