My wife and I have been with Wendy for more than a decade. She’s an amazing trainer and Pilates instructor. Even in group classes she individualizes for each student. We travel 45 minutes to get to each class, and though there are many studios closer, we don’t ever plan to leave True Balance.
Excellent,Wendy,the best teacher,I been taking pilates,reformer classes since 2010 ,due to a car accident,and Wendy its the best in town ,really cares for the person ,and correct all postures.
Wendy is an excellent pilates instructor. She instructs up to 5 clients at a time, but individualizes each clients routine. She remembers each clients specific limitations and handles accordingly. I go twice a week and look forward to each class!
