I love the rock spa space, it feels so airy and calming. They have fresh fruits and refreshments by the pool area, there's a very large sauna and multiple different temperature plunges. My boyfriend and I visit this spa frequently, some of the best massages and facials I've ever had. There's a steam eucalyptus room in each bathroom (men's & women's) You get a private pool in each bathroom as well.
Julien and Joy! Need I say more! My husband and I stayed at the Hard Rock Hollywood last month for my birthday. The spa - couples massage with Julien and Joy was the best massage I’ve ever had. I can’t say enough about the ambience, the massage, the kindness from both ! We will ask for them when we go back ! Thank you so much!
There are a lot of great things about this spa, the friendly staff, beautiful lounges but my top reason for being a repeat customer (for years) is Rose Marie. Literally the best massages I've ever had in my life. She's attentive, professional yet so kind, hears your concerns and gets it done. Healing hands! Definitely always looking forward to next deep tissue with Rose!
