I had no clue on what I need to do about my tax problems that got accumulated since 2013. I found out about USA Quality Tax online and watched the introductory video to get a good feel about what this company can do for me. I got in touch with Liza J., one of the awesome Case Managers of USA Quality Tax, to get started. She helped me thoroughly on preparing all necessary paperwork along the way. Professional and outstanding in the highest quality of customer service is my customer service representative for USA Quality Tax, Antonio Diosa. He is a credit to the company he works for. He kept me well informed, helped me with my concerns about the process, and responded to my questions, quickly and with great knowledge of the process. This process and my problems with dealing with the I.R.S, was difficult and stressful enough and without Antonio's calming email responses, it would have been worse. I appreciate all the staff who help me to make my I.R.S. problem become less of a problem. Most of all, I appreciate Antonio's abilities to get things done in my behalf.

My time as a customer at Quality Tax Relief was short or I would have provided 5 stars. They were informative, concerned, and honest. The only reason I didn't continue was that I was able to work out a favorable arrangement on my own with the IRS. Nice people
