I had a wonderful experience at Memorial Urgent Care. The facility is spotless and very well-maintained. Every single staff member I encountered was amazing and genuinely caring. This was my first time going to this urgent care and the front desk was kind also the medical assistant Tanisha was so sweet and welcoming and Dr. McKuin was so kind and helpful explaining everything to me.
Great experience with this team. Dr. Mc Kuin, Maria, Terri and Novlette all were amazing.
I was in a considerable amount of pain from my lower back. I mad an appointment online and didn't realize I had made if for the next day. The team was able to get me in within 35 minutes and I was out the door within an hour.
This team is proficient, knowledgeable and most of all very professional. I'm am really happy they are a part of the veterans community care.
