This was one of the most healing experiences for my nervous system that I have ever had. I still feel calm, grounded and pain free and it has been weeks since my session. As a healing arts practitioner, i dont say that often. Alex has incredible skill at putting you at ease and creating a safe space. The environment is relaxed and absolutely pristine. Having the opportunity to meet Alejandro it has been a blessing from the sky… His healing energy for emotional healing is beyond amazing. His compassion, empathy and to just listen to understand what I need it to heal, meant the world… Wazu therapy in the water, what a great experience. To see how his healing energy integrates in the process and massage that I have never experienced before also with his healing energy as well. I came to Alejandro to experience Watsu, and to work through my fear response of being underwater. A true master of his craft, Alejandro guided me through a deep process of building trust in my body and learn to feel safe in the water. There’s a skill that he carries that only comes from years of experience, and it’s rare to find someone like this who is local. The space he has created for this deeply restful, transformative work is an added benefit, as the quiet environment helped to support my nervous system to get the rest and recovery I needed. I will continue coming back for more sessions!
