I took my Balanced Body Teacher Training from Kerry & Patti, as well as Private Classes from Kerry and group classes Mat Classes from Patti. I Highly recommend them both! I am now. Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor under their education, support, and encouragement.
Post ventral hernia repair surgery my core muscle didn't contract properly.I had developed a weak belly and the feeling my muscles couldn't contain my organs like they used to do. It was very uncomfortable. I found this place looking to have guidance on rehabilitating those muscles and avoid making mistakes.Kerry is so knowledgeable, experienced, and I feel great after each session with her.
