Dave Rizzo the owner contacts me almost 5 months after his crew left the job unfinished (November 2022) and threatens to sue me for non- payment even though he admits that his crew didn't perform at least 25% of the stucco work per nor any of the drywall work per the estimate. Also Premium Painters violated Florida Statutes Section 489.126 by taking our down payment and not completing the work. I had to purchase concrete and patch myself. Rizzo also brags that he has deep pockets and makes one million a month; he loves to bully people into paying for incomplete and shoddy workmanship. Stay away from this guy and his ill-run company.

Regina, the project estimator,was prompt, efficient, thorough and very knowledgeable! Fernando and the painting team were deliberate and very accommodating in completing the project in a timely and highly satisfactory manner. The owner, MARK, was very responsive and flexible. Not only was he comfortable taking on a 7000 square-foot house but he also was very accommodating to our scheduling needs. He even answered the phone and responded to us in the evening.
