This salon is very nice and cozy. The ladies are very friendly and welcoming and they are great at doing nails. I have tried them all at this point. BUT I rate this salon 3 stars because it could use a few suggestions for the business to run a bit smoother. Firstly, Definitely missing a front desk person to handle check ins and appointments. I walk in very lost and If I don't walk in to the service area and make my presence known, nobody will come to check on me. Secondly, Whenever you call the number on the website and make an appt it is misleading with the nail technicians schedule.
