Mom and I love getting our pedicure and mainure done 👍 at this well organized salon 😄. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Tatiana is the best. She specialized in ingrown toenails. She will remove any ingrown nail you have 💅 with ease . She takes her time to make sure 😄 Mom and I leave her chair feeling better and looking better than we came. She's the bomb 🤩. The Owner's are friendly and very courteous also. My podiatrist Dr. Mai actually walked me over to Signature Nails 3 years ago and here I'm still getting my manicure and pedicure done here. Mom looks forward to going to talk, laugh and just enjoy her Sunday afternoon after church. May God continue to bless Titoana and the entire staff.

I called on Saturday, 7/12, to see if they had availability for a pedicure, and they were able to fit me in an hour before closing. I was visiting from out of town and had limited time in the area so I appreciated them accommodating me on short notice.
The technician who started my service was very kind, but she mentioned a few times that she wasn’t feeling well. Out of concern, I told her she could skip the polish and stop early. Later, I regretted that decision and called back to see if I could return to have the polish applied. The receptionist was not particularly friendly, but eventually agreed I could come back the next day, Sunday.
When I returned, the overall vibe was a bit off. The receptionist and the new technician seemed cold, and it felt like there may have been some internal discussion about the situation. Nonetheless, the service was completed.
Unfortunately, by today, Monday (7/14), the polish on one of my toenails has already chipped, which is frustrating so soon after the appointment.
When I used to live in Miami Lakes and when I come to visit, I typically go to the other location by Veterans Park and see Magalys, and I’ve always had great experiences with her. They were unfortunately booked for the rest of the weekend.
While I’ve had consistently positive experiences at their other location, this visit was disappointing by comparison.

The only thing I didn't like was too much talking among the technician.

I go to Ana - She’s AMAZING. I work in a full service salon with amazing techs but I don’t feel like a client when I get my services there so I come here. The staff is so nice and they’ve been working here for a while so it’s a good sign. Karen greeted me at the front and she’s always so nice professional and willing to help her co workers. Ana always greets me with a smile on her face and is very passionate about what she does and you can tell. I see her with other clients while I wait and can appreciate her love for this. This industry isn’t easy and is tough on your body so it’s always a good sign when people are doing it with love and passion and they’re great at it which is why I always request Ana. Thank you 🙏🏻

Tere is the best nail tech I’ve ever come across. She is meticulous and always does an excellent job. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

Where to begin. An hour after leaving, gel nails bubbled, the manicurist who's name starts with an M cut every cuticle, multiple times, where I bled and now have scabs on every finger (very painful). She left me with polish/paint marks and refused removing them, saying it'll wash off (yet obviously hasn't). The foot massage was non-existent, and a nail that was repaired was not mounted right and was highly slanted to one side. I'm grateful she was able to see me for the appointment (yes, I left a tip despite all of this), however the process was messy, painful, rushed, and because of this I will not be returning.
