Not happy with the outcome of this place already. I had my first telehealth appt signed on to the link and waited 40 minutes and the doctor never came on. When I called they stated he left so had to reschedule me for 2 weeks later. 2 weeks now I never get a link to sign into my appt so I call in and the doctor is with someone else so now I have to be rescheduled again. That is not a good first impression that I should have to keep being rescheduled to no fault of my own and if I do get rescheduled it should be made a priority like the next day since this is the second incident. I don't know this Doctor Díaz but my husband was hospitalized for three days with cardiac arrhythmia and never went to see him, they discharged him and they did not solve the problem. In that hospital the only thing they know how to do is cover each other and bully others sick and their relatives. There is nothing about excellence. They are a mafia that only cares about money. May God forgive them….
