We contacted Bates to fix an issue with several outlets that had suddenly stopped working. This was the second time that this had occurred and a previous electician had been unable to resolve the problem. Yaul fixed it in 15 minutes. He also quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue with the power supply to our tankless water heater. Bates seems a little more expensive than some other firms - but at least in our experience - they were worth every penny.
Debbie was extremely kind and patient on the phone, and then Joel was amazing; working in subtropical storm conditions to get my weatherhead repaired, and now Taylor is pressuring FPL on my behalf! The customer service that I have received from Bates in Miami has been beyond outstanding!
Bates’ booking & logistics was easy, polite, and accommodating. The technical service (Mr. Yaul B) was professional and truly excellent at finding solutions to an older building’s wiring challenges.
