My experience with the staff is absolutely impeccable. At the Hallandale Beach location. They truly make you feel like family take as much time as they have to make sure you’re comfortable. I’m currently doing facial hair removal which hurts a lot, however, they take the time and care needed to ensure the sessions are as pleasant as possible- together we can achieve the best results so I feel like part of the team every time I visit them.
I have always had an amazing experience at this ideal image. Everyone is very patient with me during the process and very information. I feel comfortable and the sessions always go by super quick. Amanda is great to book an appointment with and Lorena is an awesome specialist who takes care of my laser sessions
I love ideal image, the facility itself is very welcoming and clean. Everyone is very kind and professional. Rosie is very patient and always goes above and beyond to make the painful laser process as comfortable and easy as possible! Amazing service, would highly recommend.
