i took opal in for her first appointment and vaccinations and was highly please with the team and pricing! it was a really busy day, so i did have to wait over an hour past my appointment time, but emergencies happen, and i was luckily only there for a wellness appointment. i’m bringing her back in for her boosters and spay soon and i definitely trust this office to care for her properly.

The entire staff at the vet are just amazing! Milou got suddenly sick, very quickly and Dr Martinez was so kind, empathetic, and made sure I understood the diagnosis. Although Milou has a long road to recovery, I am confident in Dr Martinez’s diagnosis. I highly recommend this location. The entire staff truly care for the animals. I feel confident that I understand the diagnosis, the treatment plan, and future steps once Milou is stronger. They are also affordable which makes taking care of a pet not so stressful in this economy. At Haines City Pet Hospital my dog Roko always gets exellent care by Doctor Hernandez and office staff. From the moment you walk in your welcome with a friendly smile by the staff. Is convenient that you could wait there or in the car and they will call you cell when it's your turn. Prices are very affordable.
