i took opal in for her first appointment and vaccinations and was highly please with the team and pricing! it was a really busy day, so i did have to wait over an hour past my appointment time, but emergencies happen, and i was luckily only there for a wellness appointment. i’m bringing her back in for her boosters and spay soon and i definitely trust this office to care for her properly.

Yeah, about a week ago I brought my dog into this facility. They did a check up on surgery that needed to be performed on him. The doctors there said they could perform the surgery at this facility so I had them submit an estimate on the cost of the surgery. Well after I received it when I got home, I looked at it the next day I called them and let them know that I want them to perform the surgery. They were said it would be OK so we schedule a time for a week later well and I also called them yesterday to confirm the surgery and they said OK. Everything was good. I drove two hours to get to their facility early morning I got there a technician greeted me and told me that they could not perform the surgery. They didn’t have. The doctor wasn’t even there to explain why just a technician. There was no humanity associated to this. They did not have any plan for me to go anywhere else they gave me some papers that I could go to another place very unprofessional. The doctor didn’t have the decency to be there to say he was sorry or she was sorry my dog needs the surgery and it couldn’t be performed so now I have to go somewhere else. Oh well, so is life I don’t recommend this place because they don’t live up to the word they should’ve told me a week ago that they could not perform the surgery.

My experience at this clinic was terrible. This was my third visit, and the service has only gotten worse. • The first time was just okay. • On my second visit this week, my appointment was at 3:00 pm, but I didn’t leave until 5:50 pm. The wait to get into the exam room was outrageous, and once inside, it was another long wait. The staff is unprofessional, inconsistent, and the place is dirty. • Today, October 2nd, I went back for a recheck because my dog was still not doing well and the prescribed medication wasn’t working. My appointment was at 2:30 pm, and I arrived early at 2:20 pm. By 3:10 pm, I still hadn’t been seen. When I asked the receptionist, she simply said they were “running behind.”
I explained that my time is valuable as well, and this level of disregard is unacceptable. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and completely unorganized. In the end, I had to leave without my dog even being seen, because they had no idea when I would actually be taken in.
Also, while the Puerto Rican doctor appears very kind, he mentions practicing a type of Japanese medicine. I am not looking for experimental or alternative methods—I expect serious, effective veterinary medicine that can properly treat infections or any health problems my dogs may face.
This place shows a total lack of professionalism, respect, and proper medical care. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
