Donnie has came out two times for us and he immediately knew what to do and was able to to fix the issues quickly. Came out quickly when we needed the issue fixed fast. When I call as well they are very nice. Highly recommend Cosby plumbing.

I have used Crosby Plumbing for years. But after our last encounter, I will no longer use Donnie. He told both of my daughters on two separate occasions that I'm mean. This is stemming from Mr. Crosby wanting to use the wrong handle on my bathroom sink. I had to argue with him to have it done right. I have had him out to my home twice since then and both times he made the mean comments. It is completely unprofessional.

Weird interaction! I called this company to get a plumber for a slow leak in my home and the lady was abrupt, rude and nasty to me just because. As I explained the problem and asked for an appointment, she told me she had Monday available, I said okay I'll take it. As I proceeded to make the appointment she told me that she wouldn't make the appointment because she felt like I would call another plumber and set two appointments. What?! Why would anyone do that?? She told me she refuse to serve me and hung up. I called back and left a message stating that wasn't my intent and I really just needed a plumber but she didn't call back. Maybe this company only serve certain people, I'm not sure. Ileft a nice informative message, in case there was a misunderstanding but no response. But I really wouldn't recommend a company who employs anyone who is rude, abrasive and can't hear.
Update . . . From the response of my review, clearly something unhealthy (anger) is associated with this company. I thought my voicemail cleared the air and fixed any communication discrepancies. God is so good, a company who read my review and was quick to help, they fixed the problem the same day!!! Thank you Crosby Plumbing for refusing service to me and my husband who's retired military, God sent a angel instead!!!!

I really just wanted a good inspection of my plumbing. Very helpful when I had questions. 160 dollars, he inspected my plumbing and water heater. repaired a small leaking valve.
