The vets and staff are great. They have taken care of our dogs for over 14 years. Having a pet can sometimes be very stressful. The complete staff not only cares about our fur baby but also understands the stress and anxiety that we people go through. They are outstanding!

I would like to start by saying the staff has been friendly with me in each of my personal interactions with them. However, having had about a year of experience coming here for one of my birds, I have assessed that this vet is not a good option to take your parrot to. My parrot unfortunately passed due to both lack of communication and poor practitioner skill on the subject. My first parrot that I brought in, I received poor advice on how to care for him plus when his health got worse, I texted them as per usual and they simply ignored me and never even answered back, resulting in his death. My second parrot almost passed away, once again multiple inconclusive vet visits and lots of medications that not only proved ineffective, but didn't even provide relief for the symptoms we were experiencing. Ultimately, my other bird had to go to another vet entirely to have a chance. I would have likely lost another bird sooner had I stayed going to parkway animal hospital. Some other notes are that each room has a diffuser that is unsafe to parrots in every room and they leave doors open around flighted parrots, right in front of me. While I'm sure they have the best intentions, they need better practices and practitioner skill. If you truly want to give your parrot a chance, look for Safe Harbor on Creighton. Far more suited for your parrots and with staff who have a lot me experience in the field. Parkway has very friendly staff but they need a lot more experience in the field of avian care.

Had to take my dog here on 2/29 because of an unforeseen event and they took amazing care of her! Dr. Dodd was very thorough and took her time explaining the plan of care. All of the ladies we came in contact with today were sweet and welcoming. Cannot thank this clinic enough!

They are awesome! Dr Dodd saved my cat Frost who had to be operated and had pneumonia. She caught the hairball stuck between his abdomen and intestine right away. She saved him another time as well.I can't say enough good things about her.He would've died without her care. The staff is warm, friendly and caring. I'm so Happy with Parkway animal hospital that I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.

Very nice and caring staff. Shelby didn't feel well, they got us in the same day and found pneumonia, started treatment immediately. They called too to check on her. Definitely recommend!!!

I’ve been taking Greyson the Cat to Parkway Animal Hospital since he was 6wks old in May 2012. He had a series of urinary tract issues & behavioral abnormalities. After vet visits he became traumatized by his carrier & vet visits (IV’s,catheters…) when Dr. Deaver joined Dr. Rennie’s staff he referred us to her and scheduled a surgical procedure with a vet in Warrington. Thankfully both recognized it wasn’t urinary infection but Feline Hyperthesia Syndrome- he overstimulates. Long story shortened- he has pheromones, special diet, and as a totally indoor cat his last vet visit was in my kitchen by Dr. Dodd on a house call. Today he checked in with Dr. Deaver on a teledoc call to get more prescription food. Thank you all& Ashley, the office manager, for keeping him well!
